Elderflower White Balsamic

Delicate cream colored flower heads of elderflower lend a honeysuckle-like floral note, that is both crispy and juicy to our white balsamic. Great for mixed drinks, shrubs, cocktails, spritzers, glazes, dressings. 4% acidity.  Ingredients: Grape must, white wine vinegar, natural flavors, naturally occurring sulfites.

Pairs well with our Herbes de Provence Olive Oil, Persian Lime Olive Oil, Lemon Olive Oil, and Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil.
