Cambodian Coconut Peanut Sauce
Inspired by a day out eating Cambodian street food this coconut peanut sauce is wonderfully "moreish" - you just can't stop. Made with USA sourced all natural peanut butter it adds a velvety creamy texture to the sauce. The peanut butter is then infused with coconut, chili, 100% lime juice and a medley of southeast Asian spices. The umami of shrimp paste and added turmeric spice contributes to the Cambodian flavor profile. This Asian style coconut peanut sauce is ideal for creamy peanut noodles, grilled chicken satay, shrimp stir fry and for dipping rice paper rolls and grilled shrimp skewers.
