Bourbon Barrel Aged

We combine two time-tested ingredients to produce this gold standard in the Maple industry. Freshly emptied barrels from Tuthilltown Spirits are filled with our maple syrup hot off the evaporator and aged for several months.

Just like aged whiskey, barrel-aged maple takes time and care to make. The syrup draws in the essential flavors of the charred barrel without taking on an alcohol content of more than 1%. Consider this the pinnacle of flavors of two widely loved crafts!
