Biancolilla Italy (Mild) EVOO

Native to Sicily, this beautiful olive oil is made from Biancolilla Olives, also known as biancuzza, a varietal that grows in the area of central-eastern Sicily. Our Biancolilla extra virgin olive oil has been produced on one of the most prestigious estates in Italy, surrounded by twisted olve trees planted up to 2,000 years ago. This Biancolilla displays astringency and lingering pepperiness with vegetal notes of asparagus and green almond.
