Ingredients
- 8 green tomatoes, sliced ½-inch thick
- ½ c. vanilla bean cane sugar
- ½ c. flour

2 tbs Maine-ly Drizzle honey ginger white balsamic vinegar
- 1 ½ oz. butter
- 2 pie crusts (top and bottom)
- 1 tsp. ground cloves

1 tsp. Maine-ly Drizzle ground cinnamon

½ tsp. Maine-ly Drizzle ground nutmeg - East Indies
Directions
Heat oven to 350.
Combine vanilla sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a bowl and mix well. Layer bottom of pie shell with 1/3 of green tomato slices and sprinkle with 1/3 of the flour/sugar mixture.
Repeat layers 2 times. Drizzle with honey ginger balsamic. Dot with butter. Cover with 2nd pie crust and seal edges.
Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and cool to serve.
