Watermelon Margarita by Wendy O'Blenis

- 6 cups of watermelon cubes
- 2 Tbls honey
2 Tbls Maine-ly Drizzle's Lemongrass Mint White Balsamic
- 8 oz tequila
Add the watermelon, honey and balsamic to a blender or food processor. Pulse until puréed.
Pour into a non- metallic freezer safe container. Freeze overnight. Using a fork scrape across the frozen mixture, creating “shaved ice”.
Fill a margarita glass with the shaved ice. Add the tequila. You may need to add a little more of the shaved ice to fill the glass.
Optional - add a skewer of blueberries and watermelon to garnish.
