Brussel Sprouts - Roasted Maple Balsamic and Bacon

Ingredients
- 6 thick strips of smoked bacon or I used Applewood bacon and it worked really well
- 2 pound Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and cut in half (long)

2 tablespoons Maine-ly Drizzle's Extra Virgin Olive Oil of choice (I used Cobrancosa)

2 tablespoons of Maine-ly Drizzle's Maple Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 large clove of garlic minced
- small onion chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat over to 375 degrees
- Cut raw bacon into one inch pieces
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients until well blended
- Put blended ingredients in a rimmed pan ensuring that everything is in one layer.
- Cook for 30 minutes turning every 10 minutes.
You can eat warm or at room temperature.
