Texas Soft Tacos
Lunch - Brunch - Dinner
1/4 cup Texas Red Seasoning
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 packet of tortillas
Garnish: tomato, lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa
salt and pepper to taste
Break up the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, and add Texas Red Seasoning; cook untill browned (about 10 minutes).
Drain off excess fat.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve in tortillas or taco shells with any combination of garnishes that you like.
If you are a fan of spicy food, add an extra tablespoon of Texas Red to this recipe
