Ingredients
-
1 Tbs. Maine-ly Drizzle Sesame oil
- 2 Tbs. white wine
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp. fresh ginger (1/8 tsp. ground ginger)
- Dash garlic salt
- Dash pepper
- 1 lb. large sea scallops
- 1 Tbs. sesame seeds
Directions
Add all ingredients, except for the scallops and sesame seeds, into a food processor and blend with a cross blade until smooth
Pour the mixture over the scallops and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour
Thread the scallops onto skewers
Place on the grill and cook for 5 minutes or until done. Turn halfway through cooking time
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately
Add your favorite veggie chunks to the skewers for a healthy side dish.
Use sea scallops rather than smaller bay scallops, which are very hard to thread onto the skewers.
