Salmon- Honey Aleppo Pepper Crusted

This is a five ingredient showstopper. This is my go-to recipe for dinner parties, as it allows me to enjoy my guests... and wow them too.
Ingredients

6 tablespoons Honey Aleppo Pepper
- 2 lemons
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 - 4oz salmon fillets

3 tablespoons Maine-ly Drizzle's olive oil
Directions
Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over salmon filets. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Coat each filet with 1 tablespoon Honey Aleppo Pepper.
Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add the olive oil and salmon fillets skin side up. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flip over and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes or until salmon is cooked to medium.
Cut the second lemon into wedges. Serve the salmon warm a lemon wedge.
