Salad- Lentil Salad w/Chermoula Dressing

- Fresh Parsley chopped
- Fresh Mint chopped
North African Chermoula Dressing
To Cook Lentils:
Follow instructions on packet. (basically boil water, add lentils, cook for instructed amount of time, drain)
Add lentils, chopped parsley and mint and drizzle with North African Chermoula Dressing. Toss through and serve.
