Ingredients
- ½ lb. Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled
- 4 oz. Spinach, chopped
- ½ lb. Bacon bits
- 1 cup Cream
- 1 tbsp. Shallots, minced
- 1 tbsp. Garlic, minced
- ½ cup Scallions, chopped
- 1 ½ cups Panko Crumbs
- ¼ cup Butter, melted
Directions
- Combine panko crumbs and melted butter. Set aside.
- Combine all other ingredients and mix well.
- Place 2 oz. of mix on top of an oyster on the half shell.
- Top with panko crumbs and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
