Oven Roasted Atlantic Salmon Bluegrass Country Ham and Baby Swiss

- 1 8 oz. salmon filet
- 1 oz. sliced country ham
- 1 oz. sliced baby swiss cheese
Maine-ly Drizzle Herbes de Provence seasoning
- Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Heat skillet but do not use oil. Sear ham.
Rinse filet under cold water.
Use a knife to make a small pocket in the salmon filet. Stuff pocket with swiss cheese and country ham.
Coat salmon filet with herb seasoning, salt and pepper.
Add pan spray to the skillet the country ham was cooked in and sear salmon filet on high heat. Allow the seasoning to form a crust.
Remove salmon filet from the skillet and place on a baking dish and finish in oven until the cheese is melted.
