2 tablespoons Kansas City Steak Rub
2 tablespoons tomato paste
¼ cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1 (10-pound) smoked, bone-in ham
Combine tomato paste, syrup, vinegar and Kansas City Steak Rub in saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 5 minutes stirring occasionally
Brush over ham during last 30 minutes of baking.
