Ham Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Kansas City Steak Rub

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar

  • 1 (10-pound) smoked, bone-in ham

Directions

  1. Combine tomato paste, syrup, vinegar and Kansas City Steak Rub in saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 5 minutes stirring occasionally

  2. Brush over ham during last 30 minutes of baking.
