Ingredients
- 2 c. Mashed Potatoes, seasoned
- 1 Egg
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Flour as needed
Directions
Mix potatoes, egg, salt and pepper together, and add enough flour to make them stiff enough to hold together.
Form into small ovals and drop into poaching liquid for 5-7 minutes to cook.
