Cinnamon Chile Pistachios

2 tablespoons Maine-ly Drizzle's Cinnamon Chile Rub
3 tablespoons butter, melted
4 cups pistachios
2 tablespoons sugar
Preheat oven to 250F.
Mix together butter and Cinnamon Chile Rub.
Stir in pistachios to coat evenly then add the sugar and mix.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the nuts over the parchment paper.
Roast on the middle rack for about 30 minutes, or until the spice mixture has dried on the nuts. Let the nuts cool before eating them.
