Chicken Kebobs Marinated
Lunch - Brunch - Dinner
Chicken breast fillets (diced), mushrooms, onion
3 tbs Maine-ly Drizzle's Pumpkin Seed Oil
1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
(optional: herbs/seasoning - I used some Thai seasoning)
Soak skewers in water for 10 min before filling with alternating pieces of chicken, mushrooms and onion.
Brush with pumpkin seed oil marinade mixture and let sit for 20 minutes.
Cook on a medium heat grill. Can be eaten alone or accompanied with a green salad (dressed with pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed oil of course!).
