Olive Oil Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup Maine-ly Drizzle Butter EVOO

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375ºF. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl.

  2. Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla in large bowl. Stir in flour mixture and chocolate chips.

  3. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.

  4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are light brown. Remove from cookie sheet immediately
