Crispy Rice Treats
1/4 cup Butter, Hojiblanca or your favorite Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon butter extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 cups crispy rice cereal
Coat one 9 x 13 pan with olive oil.
In a large pot heat olive oil on medium. Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla extracts. Fold in cereal and stir until completely coated.
Pour into prepared baking dish and press down evenly. Cool, cut and enjoy!
