Cara Cara Vanilla Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1/2 c shortening
  • 3 1/2 c powdered sugar

  • 3 tbsp Maine-ly Drizzle's Cara Cara Vanilla White Balsamic

  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice Zest of one orange

Directions

  1. Cream butter and shortening. Slowly add in 2 c powdered sugar. 

  2.  Add Cara Cara balsamic and juice. Mix in the zest. Add the rest of the powdered sugar. 

  3. Spread on cake when cooled. Will cover top of 9/13 pan generously.
