Maine-ly Drizzle's Golden Pineapple White Balsamic Vinegar
Cuties (seedless oranges)
Chow Mein Noodles (by La Choy)
Salt and pepper - optional
Mix together the spinach or kale salad, blood orange olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste. We use less oil and vinegar and then add more as the other ingredients go in. Add the crumbled goat cheese and then cuties and noodles, toss to combine.
Plate each salad and add a finishing drizzle of Blood Orange Olive Oil to taste! Enjoy with salmon or chicken for a complete meal.
