Ingredients

1 lb. Spinach, chopped and drained

1 ½ c. Mayonnaise

½ c. Sour Cream
-
2 ½ c. Artichoke Hearts, ¼ cut

1 c. Parmesan Cheese
-
2 Tbs. Shallots, minced
-
1 ½ Tbs. Garlic, minced
-
1 ½ tsp. Bologna Aromatic Herbal Salt

½ tsp. Black Pepper
-
1 Tbs. Tuscan Herb Seasoning
Topping: mixture of Panko bread crumbs, Parmesan, and butter
Directions
Combine all ingredients and top with mixture of Panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and melted butter (enough to hold together in a ball).
Bake at 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes, or until hot and golden brown. Serve with blue corn tortilla chips.
