1 tablespoon New Orleans

1 pound chicken cutlets

1 egg, beaten

1 cup plain breadcrumbs

3 tablespoons Hojiblanca Extra Virgin olive oil
Directions
Cut the chicken cutlets up into bite size pieces
Set up a breading station with two bowls: one with the beaten egg and one with a mix of the breadcrumbs and New Orleans. Dip the pieces into the beaten egg and then into the seasoned.
Place the oil into a skillet at medium-high heat, then add the coated chicken to the pan. Cook for about 4 minutes or until browned on one side, then flip to brown the other side.
