Ingredients
approximately 2 lb dungeness crab - cooked, cleaned, and shelled
1-1/2 green onion thinly sliced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Maine-ly Drizzle curry
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine dungeness crab and green onions in a bowl. Stir in mayonnaise one tablespoon at a time (You many need less than a 1/4 cup if the crab is higher in water content or if you prefer less mayonnaise).
Add curry powder, salt, and pepper to taste
